Capri is a professional Remedial Massage Therapist and a passionate healer with a complementary medicinal approach, dedicated to helping clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and trans-formative way possible.

With a background in Nursing and Industrial Law, including workers compensation and employment advocacy, she has been working with people and their health either clinically or as an advocate, for over 20 years. After experiencing her own health crisis in 2014 she completed a diploma in remedial massage and began exploring complimentary medicine to achieve optimal health, gaining knowledge and experience of how the body works and the best ways to support difficult and /or chronic conditions. She believes a multi- faceted approach between health practitioners is necessary when dealing with symptoms and illness with no one approach being more important then another.

Capri enjoy’s working with clients of all ages and gender and has a true passion for helping people through assisting and supporting their body to heal itself using a holistic health plan which includes both traditional and complimentary medicine.
