I canāt wait to run my Yoga for Pelvic Health workshop later this month!
I enjoy teaching this workshop so much. We end up having such frank, open and non-judgmental conversations.
Nothing is taboo about your pelvic health and I love sharing and empowering my students to have a better understanding of their pelvis and how to look after it.
In this 2-hour workshop we will talk about the anatomy of the pelvis, function of the pelvic floor and core, signs of dysfunction throughout the pelvis and surrounding body, ways in which our everyday life (including breathing) affects the happiness of our pelvic floor and what you can do about it, as well as what other areas might need to be addressed.
This workshop is for anyone with a pelvic floor (aka literally everyone!), but you might be particularly interested if you have/are suspected of having a pelvic pain condition like endo or adeno, if you are/have been/or ever plan to be pregnant, if youāre reaching/going through/have gone through menopause, if youāre a yoga, pilates or movement teacher or trainee, if you are currently or plan to be a health professional who looks after any of the above populations, or just because youāre curious!
Although I am studying to be a doctor, please know that this workshop is purely for educational purposes and is not designed to diagnose or treat any medical condition, nor am I qualified to do so at this point in time.
