Good posture isn’t about forcing yourself to sit perfectly upright all day. In fact, staying in one position for too long — even a “good” one — can leave your body feeling stiff and achy.

Posture is really about how you move, change positions, and support your body throughout the day. Standing, sitting, walking, stretching, and strengthening all play a role in keeping your body happy and comfortable.
