Unfortunately Annette succumbed to cancer on April 18th after a long battle. Til the end her indomitable spirit believed she was beating it. Her spirit lives on and is an inspiration to me in my time of grief, we had an incredible bond and no doubt would have shared the rest of our natural lives together. I expect the connection I still feel to her will remain for the rest of my life. She was full of life, fun, cheeky, intelligent and caring, my perfect mate. She aged 20 years in front of my eyes in just 2 which shows you the incredible courage she had as she tried so hard to have her mind heal her cancer ridden body. She lives on as my soulmate, the best relationship I ever had as I wrestle with carrying the burden of her indomitable spirit as depicted in the photo, she was ill that day but insisted on gardening the afternoon away
