Welcome to Rockpool, Laura 🌿

We’re delighted to welcome Laura Ross, Head of Clinical Governance, to the Rockpool team.

Laura brings extensive experience in clinical governance, quality and safety, and will play an important role in supporting our residents, families and care teams—especially as we prepare to open our newest home at Rockpool Northshore Hamilton.

What this means for our community is simple and reassuring:

As we get ready to welcome residents to Northshore Hamilton, Laura’s leadership will help ensure our clinical systems, teams and practices are well supported—so residents and families can feel confident and at home from day one, in a community that is truly Vibrant with Life.

It was also a lovely day to welcome Laura for her first day, captured here with the team.

We’re so pleased to have Laura join us and look forward to the positive impact she’ll make as Rockpool continues to grow.
