Happy Sunday all !!
We are in the mix of starting up some zoom day program sessions:
Things we have available are:
- karaoke
- Games
- disco
- chat and catch up.
Also if you have any ideas of what you would like please comment below.

A timetable will be being made soon, each session is 1-2 hours long.

Cost of sessions are still being finalised.

Are all disability’s visible?
The answer to this is No!
There is many disability’s known as invisible disability’s which means you can not physically see the disability. A hidden disability can hinder a persons ability to work, study and participate in social environments.
Some of these disability’s include:
- Autism
- Brain injuries
- Chrons disease
- Chronic fatigue syndrome
- Cystic fibrosis
- Depression/ anxiety
- Fibromyalgia
- Learning disabilities such as dyslexia and dysgraphia
- Visual and auditory disability
- Epilepsy

These disability’s can have a dramatic affect on how people perform in everyday life. And the nature of the disability can also make it difficult for people to recognise.
