Titan Care Group is a national NDIS disability support and Allied Health service provider that delivers services across NSW, QLD. At Titan Care Group we aim to provide a large scope of services to make it easier on our customers when trying to get services for supports provided. .Since its inception 2 years ago the business has built up services to ensure that it is able to meet the demands of the industry and customers. At Titan Care Group we belive in delivering high quality service the first time everytime.

We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to support our customer in Logan Village.

Qualifications & experience

Current police check
NDIS WSC
Valid driver's lisence with current car insurance and reliable car
Tasks & responsibilities

Provide support to our participant
Take participants out for community participation
Build rapport with the participant
Follow exisiting support plans in place to ensure that all care requirements are met
Assist with meal prep as needed
Maintain a clean work environment
Provide handover report at the end of EVERY SHIFT
Report and document all incidents and behaviours of concern immediately to manager in charge
We are currently recruiting for all shifts across a 7 day period being:

6am - 2pm

2PM - 10PM

10PM - 6AM - overninght inactive - $80 per night

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00 per hour
