๐ Instructor Spotlight: Meet Liam ๐
For the past four years, Liam has been guiding our Inna Essence community through steady, supportive and soul-centred Active Yoga classes - and itโs no secret why our members adore him. His calm presence, thoughtful sequencing and grounding energy make every class a place to breathe, reconnect and reset.
โจ Liamโs Journey
Liam completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017, building a strong foundation in anatomy, mindful sequencing and safe alignment. Yoga offered him both physical challenge and clarity - a combination that helped him move through change and rediscover connection to breath and body. Teaching became a natural next step, allowing him to share that same steadiness and empowerment with others.
โจ Liamโs Teaching Style
Steady. Supportive. Intentional.
Liamโs classes are structured yet calm, offering clear cues and space for students to move with their own rhythm. With a focus on stamina, alignment, breath and mindful movement, he creates an environment where every person feels grounded, present and capable.
โจ Outside the Studio
When heโs not teaching, Liam is soaking up time with his 21-month-old daughter. Youโll find them exploring local parks, wandering outdoors and discovering the world together as a family.
โจ A Message From Liam
Creating warm, safe and welcoming spaces is at the heart of Liamโs teaching. He believes yoga is for everyone, and teaches with compassion and simplicity so that all feel comfortable the moment they walk in. His hope? That each class offers a moment of stillness, a grounding breath and a sense of calm you can carry into the rest of your day.
