I've been busy in the kitchen making some healthy treats for my family, and I just had to share this amazing recipe with you all! These Anzac biscuits are not only delicious but also contain less sugar than store-bought ones.

Plus, they passed the ultimate test – my kids gave them two thumbs up! 🀩

Made with rolled oats, plain flour, desiccated coconut and sugar free maple syrup, these biscuits are a great alternative to processed snacks. And the best part? They're super easy to make! Just mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, roll into balls, and bake for 12-14 minutes.

These vegan Anzac biscuits are the perfect snack to satisfy your sweet tooth while still sticking to your healthy lifestyle. They're great for pre-workout or post-workout snacking, and you can even pack them in your gym bag for a quick energy boost.
