Construction is happening!

We’re excited to share an update on The Evelyn Mt Ommaney. In August, the golf club cleared the site, excavation began, and the perimeter is nearly fully fenced. Progress you can see happening.

Next up: crane erection.

This is the start of creating a vibrant retirement community where every detail is designed for lifestyle, connection and wellbeing.

Kingsford Terrace Stage 7 is taking shape

Our development team recently took marketing, along with the KTs sales consultant and village manager, through a behind-the-scenes tour of the new Radcliffe building.

Here’s the latest update:
- Final apartments on levels 4 & 5 are nearly complete
- Aura is defecting apartments level by level as they become available
- Landscaping to the village interface is almost finished
- External works along Cliveden Avenue, including landscaping, bus stop & footpath, are underway and due for completion in November

These site tours are a fantastic way for our teams to understand the process, document the progress, and better support future residents as they plan their move. We can’t wait to share more milestones with you as Stage 7 comes to life!

In September, The Ninth Middle Ridge welcomed over 40 guests to our panel event, Simplifying the Transition to Retirement Living.

Our expert panel shared valuable advice on:

It was great to support the annual McLeod Country Golf Club vs Toowoomba Golf Club Middle Ridge challenge last Friday, a long-standing tradition going strong for 16 years.

With The Ninth already well established on the Middle Ridge course, it was a great opportunity to be involved in an event that celebrates the connection between two great clubs.

Congratulations to McLeod for taking out the win for the first time in three years!

Stage 7 at Kingsford Terrace Corinda is well underway.

Our Development team recently took the Marketing team on site for a walkthrough, giving them a closer look at what goes into building a retirement community from the ground up.

It’s all coming together. Radcliffe is coming soon.

Radcliffe Construction Update - June Progress

Construction continues to move forward at Kingsford Terrace Corinda, with significant progress inside and out.

Internal Works:
🔸 Ground floor: Stone installation is underway, and shower screens are installed.
🔸Level 1: Joinery and balcony tiling are progressing.
🔸Levels 2–3: sheeting and setting continue.
🔸Levels 4–5: rough-ins underway, with sheeting to commence later this week.
🔸Lift installation is close to completion.

External works:
🔸Scaffold has been dropped to ground level, with full removal scheduled over the next two days.
🔸Façade metalwork is almost complete.
🔸Construction of the walkway and mailbox area will begin once the scaffold is fully removed.

It's getting close to finishing!!
