We’re excited to share a major milestone for Aura Holdings.

Development approval has been granted for Bishopsview Milton , our eighth retirement village and a truly special addition to Brisbane’s inner west. Designed as a boutique, architecturally considered community, Bishopsview will offer modern, low-maintenance apartments in a rare inner-city location, close to cafés, transport, river walks and everyday essentials.

Set alongside heritage-listed buildings, this thoughtfully planned village will honour the site’s history while delivering contemporary retirement living for the future.

Construction is scheduled for completion in 2028, and we look forward to sharing more as this exciting project progresses.

We’re excited to welcome Anya Rus, Aura’s new Wellness Advisor, to our communities.

Most residents in Aura communities live completely independently, and that’s exactly how we want it to stay. Anya’s role is about offering reassurance and guidance for the future, so residents and families know there’s support available when it’s needed.

From helping residents understand My Aged Care and recent aged care reforms, to connecting them with health and wellbeing services, Anya is here to make what can feel overwhelming much clearer and more personal.

It’s all part of our commitment to helping residents live with confidence, independence, and peace of mind, every step of the way.

Six villages. One team. One very special night ✨

It’s not often we’re all in the same room; our sales consultants, village managers, assistants, maintenance legends, grounds crew and head office crew are usually spread far and wide. So coming together for our Christmas celebration felt extra meaningful.

We laughed, we toasted, we reflected on a huge year, and we were reminded that behind every home, every village and every milestone… It’s our people who make it all happen.

A decade in the making — Kingsford Terrace Corinda is complete! 🎉

Aura Holdings is proud to mark the completion of the Radcliffe building, the seventh and final stage of Kingsford Terrace Corinda. This milestone celebrates 10 years of growth for our vibrant community in Brisbane’s western suburbs.

The final stage adds 59 premium apartments and new shared spaces — including a library, lounge and games room — bringing the village to 249 apartments.

A heartfelt thank you to O'Neill Architecture, Hutchinson Builders, and our valued partners, Bank of Queensland - BOQ and SC Capital Partners for their incredible support in bringing this project to life.

Construction is happening!

We’re excited to share an update on The Evelyn Mt Ommaney. In August, the golf club cleared the site, excavation began, and the perimeter is nearly fully fenced. Progress you can see happening.

Kingsford Terrace Stage 7 is taking shape

Our development team recently took marketing, along with the KTs sales consultant and village manager, through a behind-the-scenes tour of the new Radcliffe building.

Here’s the latest update:
- Final apartments on levels 4 & 5 are nearly complete
- Aura is defecting apartments level by level as they become available
- Landscaping to the village interface is almost finished
- External works along Cliveden Avenue, including landscaping, bus stop & footpath, are underway and due for completion in November

These site tours are a fantastic way for our teams to understand the process, document the progress, and better support future residents as they plan their move. We can’t wait to share more milestones with you as Stage 7 comes to life!

Our expert panel shared valuable advice on:
