Changes in routine, weather, sleep patterns, or even iron levels and hormones can all play a role in how you’re feeling.

If you’ve noticed ongoing fatigue, low mood, or just not feeling like yourself, it may be worth having a general health check.

At The Butterfly Clinic, we take a holistic approach to women’s and family health, looking at the full picture to help you feel your best.

Breastfeeding can be a beautiful bonding experience, but it doesn’t always come easily, and that’s okay.

Many women experience challenges such as:
• Pain or discomfort
• Latching difficulties
• Low milk supply concerns
• Feeding uncertainty or stress

Every journey is different, and there’s no one "right" way. What matters most is that you feel supported, informed, and confident in what works for you and your baby.

At The Butterfly Clinic, we provide gentle, non-judgemental support for breastfeeding and early parenthood. Whether you need reassurance, guidance, or help with concerns, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

You’re doing your best, and that’s enough. 🌸

April is Falls Awareness Month...

this is a reminder that falls can affect women at any stage of life, not just in older age.

Changes in balance, muscle strength, vision, pregnancy, or even fatigue can increase the risk of falls. For some women, factors like menopause, bone health, or caring for young children can also play a role.

Simple steps can make a difference:
• Staying active to maintain strength and balance
• Wearing supportive footwear
• Keeping your home environment safe
• Checking in on your overall health

At The Butterfly Clinic, we support women with personalised care in all ages including bone health, pregnancy care, and general wellbeing.

If you have concerns about balance, falls, or your health, we’re here to help you. 🌸

Vaginal discharge is completely normal and an important part of your body’s natural way of staying healthy.

It can change throughout your cycle in colour, texture, and amount. However, there are times when it’s worth getting checked.

You may consider seeing a GP if you notice:
• A strong or unusual odour
• Changes in colour (such as green, grey, or yellow)
• Itching, irritation, or discomfort
• Pain during urination or in*******se

These changes don’t always mean something serious, but they can be a sign of infection or imbalance that may need treatment.

At The Butterfly Clinic, we provide a safe, respectful space to discuss any concerns, no matter how small they may feel.

If something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts. 🌸

Ever noticed feeling more tired or irritable during warmer days?

Hormones can play a role. Changes in temperature may affect sleep quality, hydration, and how your body regulates stress and all of which can influence mood and energy levels. For some women, this can feel more noticeable during certain times of the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, or perimenopause.

If you’ve been feeling more fatigued, overwhelmed, or not quite like yourself, it may be worth checking in on your overall health.

At The Butterfly Clinic, we take the time to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and support you with personalised care.

You don’t have to push through feeling "off". 🌸
