As a new business in these tumultuous times, cashflow will be deemed critical in order to ensure business sustainability. Though while cashflow will be for survival, our high-quality, personalized support will be for growth. We are aware of the challenges COVID-19 has brought, be it either in getting new participants or operating in a safe and responsible manner. Persistent marketing efforts and anticipated positive word-of-mouth will help in gaining participants. Detailed policies and procedures have been developed to control the risks which arise from COVID-19. Furthermore, we have a full risk management procedure in place that will help us in the identification and assessment of risks as well as provide us guidance on the necessary actions that should be taken when providing support to the participants. Our goal is to provide a lending hand to people with disabilities and we will work tirelessly to improve the quality of support being provided. These improvements will also be recorded and documented in the Continuous Improvement Plan Register. Our Mission
