Personally I see therapy and counselling as a necessity not a luxury which is why I have made it as affordable as possible �

experiences has taken me all around the world trying to figure out what makes the human brain tick, now I want to share those findings with you! �

LIFE UPDATE 🌸

So it’s been about a month since completely uprooting my life to (once again) move to South East Asia 🏝️

My content and my message has always been about ‘being your authentic self’ and yet the last two years I have been wantingggg a change but stopping myself from doing it, thinking I need to ‘settle down’, thinking I need to ‘grow up’.

But the thoughts never went away. The calling never stopped.

So one day, without very much planning, I decided to do it. I decided I will figure it out as I go, as that’s what I’ve always done.

Traveling has always been a passion of mine, and so I am going to find away to combine my passions with my creativity; BPD Abroad, if you will 😂

So if you are still reading; this is your sign to do the thing (mindfully, of course), practicing radical acceptance along the way, fully leaning into your authentic self.

And if you need help finding out who that ‘self’ is, maybe I can help with that ☺️ so let’s chat 💜
