We made it! Samuel started Prep today!
Lots of emotions and feeling so grateful that we could see this day happen.

When your child has a diagnosis like Samuels, and many doctors tell you early on about what he won't be able to do, going to school seems like an unachievable dream.
This milestone is HUGE for Samuel and our whole family, this is a dream come true!

We are so incredibly proud of Samuel, we know he is going to love school ❤️
We are so excited to see all he experiences and achieves this year 🎉🤩

Samuel is 5!!!! 🎁🎉🎂🎊🎈❤️

5 years ago the roller-coaster ride that no one could prepare us for began.
This last year has been full of sickness, admissions, surgery and harsh reminders of the little time we have Samuel here with us.
BUT we have seen Samuel overcome, fight and continue to impress us all, always with his infectious smile no matter what 🥰
He finished kindy, is about to get his newly modified car, tried out some amazing technology and had his Prep transition days for big school next year.
He makes us so proud everyday and inspires us all to keep pushing through on the tough days.

Happy birthday our precious Samuel!

Today our amazing brave boy finished Kindy!
After 2 wonderful years of fun, learning, growing and making friends Samuel has finished kindy and is off to Prep next year!
His last day was a very fun wet play day 💦🌊⛱️
Thank you to all of his beautiful teachers and aides who have helped him over the past two years.

We are so proud of him, it hasn't been easy but he constantly inspires us with his strength and resilience ❤️💪
Well done Samuel! 👏🎉

Over the past two weeks Samuel had his Prep transition days at the Mackay District Special School 💙
He had lots of fun meeting teachers, staff and students and seeing his classroom.
We are so excited to see Samuel attend 'Big school' next year!
Our baby is all grown up 😍🥰

Samuel and our family have spent many nights at Ronnie Macs in Brisbane and Townsville. They are an incredible charity doing so much to support families and keep them together in the most challenging moments of their lives.

Samuel has had a great week at therapy and even went for a swim! As you can see, he loved every minute! 🤩😍

It's been a rough year for our little man but it's so great to see him out and about enjoying life to the fullest.
He's even been back at Kindy and having so much fun with his friends ❤️

Wow, after a year of waiting, Samuels car is finally on its way to be modified!!
We can't wait to get it back with the new wheelchair ramp and change table, this is going to be life changing for Samuel and our family 🤩
We couldn't have done any of this without the many incredibly generous people who donated towards 'Samuels Journey to Mobility'. We will be forever thankful for your support 🙏❤️

This technology is incredible and Samuel mastered it so quickly! 🤩🤩
We can't wait for Samuel to have his own Neuronode, it will be life changing for his communication 🎉

Our brave boy is having a sleep study tonight at QCH 😴😴
Hopefully we will get answers to why he (and Mummy 😳) hasn't slept through the night for the past 18 months! 🙏

Samuel is home!
This little champion fought hard and showed everyone just how strong and brave he is 💪❤🤩

Thank you to Samuels amazing supporters. Your prayers and messages of support and love keep us all going!

Now to rest and recover at home until we head to Queensland Children's hospital for appointments 😅
