Hello Everyone,

Well July proved to be quite an eventful month for Emmanuel and I, filled with unforeseen challenges that could have easily led to stress. I am truly thankful that, despite everything, we have ways to counteract these situations, regain control, and restore balance to our intricate nervous system. This inspired me to create a slide presentation that includes some key insights that I hope will be of help and inspiration (numbered 1 -8) just use the little arrow to advance to the next slide.

Amidst the arduous unexpected events, July also offered its share of wonderful moments. I cherished the extra time spent with Emmanuel, visits from special people, beautiful sunny days perfect for walks in the parklands, and meaningful connections through enjoyable video calls catching up with friends, including a couple of ‘Christmas in July’ meetings to inspire and uplift. Additionally engaging in prayer sessions with others both here in Australia and across the globe. There is always something to be grateful for!
