e.If summer holidays remind me of anything, it's that I would like to take a little more 'slowness' into the new year. One effective way to do this is through a regular gentle mindful yoga practice where you get the chance to unplug from the outside world and plug into yourself. This is far from selfish or indulgent (OK, it does feel deliciously indulgent to let out a big long exhale and sink into the earth), it is an act of care for those around you too - especially if you have people who rely on you (or just live with you!)
