♡ Every ride of that wave 🌊 is bringing you one step closer to holding your tiny bundle in your arms

♡ It can be a good idea to visualise contractions so that you have something to focus on to get you through to the other side calmly.

♡ Some people like to visualise a coloured balloon inflating up 🎈 as the energy builds and then slowly releasing the air as it passes.

♡ We personally like to visualise waves as we love the ocean and find it very calming. Imagine the surf building as the energy rises and then it slowly collapsing on to the shore 🌊 🐚

♡ Just remember whatever the visualisation that suits you, just remember to keep breathing calmly throughout.

♡ You don’t wake up thinking I have to grow some limbs today, let’s get the manual out to find out how to do it. Your body knows how and just does it.

♡ Your labour and birth are no different. Your body knows what to do.

♡ Its great to learn about labour so you know what to expect. This keeps you in control and informed and ultimately prepared for what’s to come.

♡ But have faith in your body. There’s no need to worry that you don’t feel like you know exactly what to do , because your body already knows.

♡ Trust the process. Trust yourself!

♡ Breastfeeding is a beautiful thing. But it’s most definitely a journey with lots of ups and downs.

♡ No one ever said the journey would be easy but the destination is totally worth the ride.

♡ Breastfeeding isn’t always textbook. Lots of breastfeeding mums are left feeling disheartened and deflated when their breastfeeding journey isn’t going how the books say it will be.

♡ This is normal. This is breastfeeding. Each journey is Unique in its own beautiful way.

♡ Bump & Bundle are here to nurture and protect your breastfeeding as much as possible.

♡ We aim to get you off to the best possible start and hold you up whilst we help support you to navigate through those unexpected twists and turns.
