I find this blissful mantra soothing and peaceful.
This year I am learning that working at anxiety/depression is as crucial and challenging to our wellbeing as identifying underlining issues and triggers.
When anxiety hits different management techniques work for different people and situation. Epsom salt bath, meditative music, nadi Shodhana pranayam (Breathing technique), sleep meditation and massage are my remedies. What are yours? It’s time to reflect on soothing technique that works for you ❤️
