Greetings to all friends of Soul Food Kenmore and blessings to you. As you may know this year Soul Food has moved from last Sunday of the month to first Wednesday of each month. This month Soul Food is on Wednesday 7 Augut at 10 am in Kenmore library.
We come together to reflect on inspiring, spirtual and philosophical themes and ideas. In this meditative space, we share readings from globally diverse faith, philosphers and first-nation peoples and leaders of thought. Musicians are welcome to contribute to this hour of contemplation. Join us in a tranquuil and friendly environment. Please bring your ideas and suggestions and help us to make this space a heaven of bliss. As always these events are our service to each other and is free of charge.
