We’ve been programmed to believe that pain and suffering are just that.. pain and suffering, when in reality they are windows, doors and gate ways to joy, understanding, love and happiness.

Go through your pain because it is a beautiful part of your soul, and it deserves the most love.

If you knew how many people WIN when I WIN.. 🥹 this got me..

As I reflect back on 24 events over 24 months..
I am humbled to the core at the phenomenal growth everyone has made in this time.

The work of your internal being, of remembering, of self discovery is the hardest work You will ever do, and if you can push through it.. it is also the most rewarding work that you will ever do.

This coffee cup has the most heart felt message and it puts a smile on my face to know that I have allowed my garden to grow into an inhabited forest on a 400 square metre block.
It’s a beautiful sanctuary for the local wildlife visitors. 🦅 🌴 ☕️

We love to bake fresh bread at our retreats and the highlight of doing so..
is watching our participants go home and bake their own bread!
