Holiday Highlights 🌞
A bunch of snaps from a bunch of fun days with a bunch of cool kids 😎
Our Holiday Program was a great success amongst our participants, they all had time and opportunity to step out of their normal routine and comfort zone to try new things, meet knew people, and just enjoy their break from school.

We can't wait to see you all again next holidays! Thanks for a great few weeks, and good luck to you all in term 1!

Just before the Christmas break, our crew headed off on a supported camping trip to Sandstone Point near Bribie Island—and what an amazing time it was!

The kids got stuck into setting up camp, helping with meals, exploring the campsite, and enjoying all the little adventures that come with camping. A huge highlight was jumping into a four-wheel drive for a beach trip, which brought plenty of excitement and smiles all around 🚙🌊

Most of all, it was about spending time together—laughing, making memories, and strengthening friendships in a relaxed and supportive space. We loved seeing confidence grow and connections deepen, and we’re already looking forward to the next adventure! 💛✨

We've had an extremely busy few weeks, our participants have been smashing their goals and getting ready for Christmas.
Today our team are off to set up our campsite for our supported summer camp. We're looking forward to having the youth come out, give their parents/ carers a respite and achieve more goals together. ☀️ 🏊 🤩

Our H2HB Holiday Program for school-aged children is back — and we cannot WAIT to kick off an amazing start to 2026 with your young people! 🎉💛

From Dreamworld and Australia Zoo to cinema trips, high ropes, kayaking, park days and more… we’ve got three huge weeks of friendship, adventure and unforgettable summer memories lined up.

✨ Limited spots are available on some days as we have already had a few bookings to existing participants, so we highly recommend booking in as soon as possible to secure your child’s place!

📅 Bookings close on the 24th of December when our office closes for the holiday break — no bookings can be taken after this date.

If your child is 6–17 years old and has a plan or self-managed NDIS plan, we’d love to have them join us!

Get down to Bunnings Morayfield to purchase and donate to Empowerment Hub at the sausage sizzle stand! They'll be there from 8am until 4pm THIS SUNDAY!

🔥 We’re Hosting a Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser! 🔥
Empowerment Hub Inc. will be running a community BBQ at Morayfield Bunnings 8am - 4pm to raise funds for our youth leadership programs — and we would love to see you there!
Every sausage sold helps us continue delivering life skills training, mentoring, camps, and positive community engagement opportunities for young adults, including young people living with disability.
Come down, grab a feed, support a good cause, get to know us and be part of empowering the next generation of leaders!
All funds raised go directly back into our youth programs.
Any donations or support would be much appreciated.
