I have one of those jobs where the idea is to make myself redundant. Sort of.....
Many couples come to me to do conflict better. I arm them with lots of communication techniques and strategies that are really helpful for making each party feel heard. However, we are all conflict avoidant at heart, and we tend not to have the hard conversations, and eventually things will simmer again until they boil. Hence I have a lot of couples that have a standing monthly or 8 week booking where they hold themselves accountable to still having the hard conversations. It is a proactive thing to do for a healthy relationship. 😀

Late last year I achieved a long wished for goal to become an accredited DISC facilitator.
I am now fully certified to run DISC ADVANCED® workshops and assessments. DISC ADVANCED® is a behaviour profiling tool to help businesses and teams improve communication and reduce conflict. Hit me up if you would like more info.

Can a relationship come back from infidelity?
The answer is yes. Many do. Generally there is an impression that a relationship must end when one partner has been unfaithful. This is because we only hear about the relationships that don't make it. We rarely hear about the couples that privately work through this. The fact is that the majority of couples do NOT seperate after infidelity.
