A successful tongue tie release was performed on our 21-year-old patient, bringing immediate and remarkable improvement in tongue mobility.

💫 After 21 years of restriction, she finally experienced the freedom to move, speak, and eat with ease.

😊 The result looks incredible, and the patient is overjoyed with the transformation — it’s never too late to reclaim function and comfort.

Advancing Care for Infants with Tongue-Tie and Lip-Tie

We had the opportunity to attend the ASTOT Conference 2025, where a wide range of health professionals — including lactation consultants, osteopaths, speech therapists, dentists, and surgeons — came together to explore the latest evidence, case studies, and treatment approaches for tongue-tie and lip-tie in infants.

This condition can significantly affect a baby’s ability to feed and a mother’s ability to breastfeed comfortably. By sharing multidisciplinary insights and collaborating across specialties, we aim to provide more comprehensive, coordinated care for our young patients and their families.

Ongoing learning and interprofessional collaboration are at the heart of delivering the best outcomes for our patients.
