Creek Road General Practice is currently without power due to TC Alfred. We will assess the situation early tomorrow morning and update this page when we know more.

For the safety of our patients, staff and doctors, the practice will be closed on Thursday and Friday. We will be available for a few urgent telehealth appointments on Thursday morning. To arrange an appointment please call 3123 4829 between 8am-10am.
If you would like to make a normal appointment for next week please visit our website creekroadgp.com.au. If you have a non urgent enquiry we recommend calling reception on Monday.
