Did you make you get out of bed today after a restless night with insomnia? That's something to be grateful for. Did you manage to switch from loathing that mid-afternoon brain fog to practicing some mindfulness? What a wonderful moment of self care! The small wins are tremendous when you're battling daily challenges, and, could change your mindset for the day ahead.
