Christmas is fast approaching...
Fear not! We will be open until 1pm Christmas Eve, with a brief closure over the Christmas public holidays and returning Monday 29th December.

Our hours around NYE will be regular clinic hours Monday 29th 7am-7pm,Tuesday 30th 7am-3pm, NYE 31st 7am-1pm, closed NYD as well as the Friday 2nd Jan with a return to full business on Monday 5th Jan.

Gardening tips to get you started for the spring!

1. Avoid obstacle courses. Try to keep your pathway clear and pay attention to your feet to avoid stumbling/falling.
2. Practice good lifting techniques. Bend your knees, tighten your tummy and keep your back as straight as possible. Avoid twisting your body at all when your back is bent and especially when you are holding a bucket/can.
3. Distribute the load. Try carrying two lighter containers (eg milk bottles), one on each side of the body, rather than one heavy bucket to even out the load
