✨Build stronger, more secure relationships with your child through the Circle of Security Parenting program (COSP), facilitated by Brazen Bloom’s founder, Emily Plate.

At times, all parents feel lost or unsure about what their child might need from them. Imagine how it might feel to be able to understand what your child is really asking from you at different developmental stages.

The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is an attachment-based approach, developed from decades of research, that supports parents in understanding and responding to their child’s emotional needs, ultimately helping to build secure relationships.

This personalised 8-week program offers a pathway to “good enough” parenting. Delivered one-on-one through flexible sessions that fit your schedule, it provides a supportive space to reflect, learn, and grow in your parenting journey.

📚Learning Objectives

• Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read their emotional needs

• Respond to challenging behaviours with empathy and confidence

• Enhance the development of your child’s self esteem and emotional resilience

• Reflect on your own responses and parenting patterns

• Build a safe, trusting relationship that supports healthy development

🎉6 years ago today, Brazen Bloom officially launched! 🌿

What began as an online resource during COVID, when restrictions meant we couldn’t offer face-to-face counselling sessions, has since grown into something deeply meaningful.

Over the past 6 years, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children and teenagers, holding space for their stories, and witnessing incredible growth and transformation along the way.

To every family who has stepped through our doors-thank you for letting us be part of your journey 🤍

Here’s to every brave young person who has bloomed in their own way over these years 🌸

🐣This week at Brazen Bloom, we had the joy of facilitating the Working Through Anger Workshop at the Lemonade kids Easter Holiday Camp.

👩🏻‍🔬We introduced ‘The Big Feeling Beaker’, a powerful metaphor that helps children visualise how emotions accumulate over time, and brought it to life through a fun, hands-on experiment.

🧒👧🏾👦🏻The session supported children in building their interoceptive awareness and understanding of how anger can accumulate in their bodies throughout the day based on everyday experiences. The kids were incredibly vulnerable and brave in sharing their own challenging experiences that often cause anger to build up.

🪧We also explored how to recognise the early warning signs of anger and proactively manage them using practical coping strategies.

📝Each child left with worksheets and visuals to continue practicing using their Big Feeling Beaker at home with their parents.

💛✨The Big Feeling Beaker is just one of the many fun, hands-on tools we use at Brazen Bloom to help children understand their emotions and learn healthy ways to manage them.

🐣Today, we had the joy of facilitating our Working Through Anger workshop at the Lemonade Kids Easter Holiday Camp.

The session supported children in building their interoceptive awareness and understanding how anger can accumulate in their bodies throughout the day based on everyday experiences. The kids were incredibly vulnerable and brave in sharing their own challenging experiences—moments in life that often cause anger to build up.

👧🏾👦🏻🧒Together, we explored how to recognise the early signs of anger and proactively manage them using practical coping strategies.

👩🏻‍🔬We introduced ‘The Big Feeling Beaker’, a powerful metaphor that helps children visualise how emotions accumulate over time, and brought it to life through a fun, hands-on experiment, making the learning both meaningful and memorable.

📝Each child left with worksheets and visuals to continue practicing using their Big Feeling Beaker at home with their parents. Our goal was for every child to walk away with tools they could use beyond the workshop, including a simple daily check-in process to help manage feelings of anger before they escalate into actions they might later regret.

🍃We’re excited to be returning next Monday to facilitate the same workshop for a new group of kids, continuing the journey of building emotional awareness and coping skills in fun and practical ways.

📲Book your child in for next Monday’s workshop via website!
