Here's a little about Lucinda:

"My chiropractic journey began as a child for ongoing management of headaches. After seeing the impact first hand I set my sights on becoming a chiropractor.

After growing up in Toowoomba, QLD, I was ready for the big smoke and graduated from CQ University in Brisbane before completing my Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in Sydney. After finishing University, I spent some time volunteering in India with the Hands on India team to provide basic healthcare and chiropractic care in North East India.

Since then, I have practiced in Brisbane, Toowoomba and Newcastle in family and children’s practices. I have continued to develop my clinical skills with particular interest in paediatric care and have completed a post graduate diplomate in Chiropractic Paediatrics. I am passionate about empowering and educating people to live a healthy and balanced life."

Good morning Banyo!

Heidi here with a health update 💪

So, it turns out, you CAN "have a fall" in your 40s, you don't have to be in your 80s! I discovered this life lesson last weekend and am unfortunately, still in recovery with a torn AC joint.

Now, you know I would give you all the best advice about taking the time to heal the injury to avoid further instability and it turns out - I need to take my own advice!

So, ego aside, I am resting, recuperating and healing at home this week. Our team has got you covered, with Drs Joe, Lucinda and Shayne all on board to keep you in line and Emma on the phones and at the front desk as your point person 💪

Stay on your feet today, it's the best place to be 🙌
