This week, our incredible Iris Program is out in the Gove community, delivering vital health services where they’re needed most. And in a wonderful twist of teamwork, one of our amazing agency theatre nurses, Alicia, who’s currently on contract with Vanguard, had the opportunity to scrub in and support the Iris team in surgery! 🩺✨

We love seeing our divisions come together to make a real impact — collaboration like this is what Vanguard Health is all about.

Behind every successful placement, there’s a dedicated team ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from travel bookings to compliance documentation. Their work ensures our nurses are not only ready for their roles but also fully supported every step of the way.

We’re proud to introduce Vicky, Scarlett, and Maisie, who work closely with their Manager, Rachelle, to make sure every nurse placed by Vanguard Health has the right credentials, documentation, and support to meet the needs of our clients and communities.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Jonno’s Nurses, Alhena and Jen, to Vanguard Health HQ before they jet off to begin their very first Travel Nursing Contract in beautiful Goulburn, NSW!
