I used to think good mindset and will power to work hard is more than enough to achieve your goals.
But it can’t be further from the truth, I feel there are so many other things which can’t be just changed through “mind” alone other dimensions of your being also need to be on board.
Like what?
❤️ Your health to begin with- if you are running on just sheer mindset and desire to work hard with poor sleep wake up and food habits, no amount of mindset will give you the long term quality energy to put towards your goals.
❤️ Your self image - Do you really “feel” good in how you look, speak, how people preview you treat you. These are not superficial things if they were you won’t have trillion dollar beauty & fashion industry.
I am not saying you need to be perfect looking, I am saying self image matters and having a positive healthy helps your confidence a lot.
❤️ What are you spending your day at?
It’s very important that what you are doing with your day really makes you feel fulfilled, you feel that you are adding meaning to your own life or/and some way adding to the world.
❤️ Your reaction to things-
The way you react to life circumstances depends on how well you can feel and regulate your emotions you can keep saying I am “calm” I am “unwavering” but what actually happens when you are met with undesirable circumstance?
These things can’t be hacked by mindset, atleast not in a long term sustainable way.
You have to make courageous choices & significant shifts in your daily lifestyle habits, which will make you FEEL different not just THINK different ❤️
