The next few days we have the privilege of supporting someone who has wanted to do a Disney Cruise for a long time.

Supported travel is an incredible way to combine fun and personal growth for NDIS participants. Supported travel offers:

Our goal is to bring individuals together, creating opportunities for connection, joy, and laughter - experiences that are essential for wellbeing.

Through our supported travel services, we offer personalised assistance for individuals to enjoy travel experiences, while on a cruise ship. This service promotes independence and self-determination, allowing participants to explore new destinations and have their own unique adventures. Traveling outside of the family environment can be incredibly rewarding, building confidence and offering new experiences that enhance personal growth.

We are excited to share that we have recently engaged with the NDIS to ensure our new business model aligns with the legislation changes, which allows us to support participants on cruises (eg supported travel, not STA).

We encourage participants, support workers, family members and coordinators to reach out to us for a detailed explanation of our new business model. We’re here to help you navigate these changes and ensure that we can still offer the best support possible.

Care 2 Cruise is a Service Provider committed to helping participants achieve their goals including travel, building independence, confidence and social connections in a safe and controlled environment.

📣 We invite you to come along on a STA with us - Sydney to Melbourne Cup.

This is a 6-night STA will include community participation both on board (interactive and group activities) as well as attending the Melbourne Cup at Flemington Racecourse. This provides an opportunity for NDIS participants to meet new people and try new things in a supportive environment while building independence.

The participant may bring their own support worker, or alternatively use one of ours. We can help with flights if you are not from Sydney and th e cruise departs on Saturday 2nd November and returns to Sydney on the 8th November.

We are also able to accommodate a participant who requires wheelchair accessible cabin.
