BODY LOVE INTERVIEW with 🙌💥🤩
We are SO excited to finish your week with Brisbane based Superstar singer, song-writer and Body Positivity enthusiast, Amy Sheppard!! 💗
Amy is joining us LIVE from 1-2pm, in our online platform for an interview to talk about her journey into not only accepting her body, but loving her body and also calling others to love and appreciate theirs too!!
SUPER important information for all teen girls to hear and Amy is a fabulous role-model to share it all!! 🌟
Today, you will hear some of the challenges that come from being in the spotlight and the amount of work Amy has done to overcome some of the negative comments she receives on the regular.
Even a simple post on Instagram can attract some comment about how she should cover up, how cellulite is bad and messages telling her not show her bikini body. 🥺😡
I'm sure we've all received some hurtful words about our appearance at some point in the school yard.
So how does she overcome this?
Amy is sharing all her mindset tricks with us this afternoon, to wrap up the final session of our Launch-Pad program.

We’re LIVE for Friday!! 💥💃🔥
Kicking off at 9am this morning with joining us at Connection High. Jackie is a ball of energy who lights up a room and has a wealth of knowledge to share to our teen girls.
As a Voice-over Artist, model and incredible presenter for Beautiful Minds, she's had to overcome some serious doubts in order to shine as bright as she does.
Through struggles in going into a business that is very unique and doesn't have a "how-to-manual", she's had to figure it all out by herself.
Sure- she could've quite easily found a more general and generic job, however she chased her dreams and went after something that excited her- and now she's living it up.
She's here to share it all with you- the how-to, the highs, the lows and everything in between.
I also love chatting with Jackie, so this interview will be full of laughs and good vibes to kick off your Friday!

The lesson you want to know as a teen girl— how to find the POWER in your menstrual cycle and your hormones.

The beautiful strength and wisdom our female bodies hold and also hold within the transition to a woman is magnificent.
is joining you tomorrow for a conversation at 11am, in our Connection High Online platform, to share with you all you need to know in order to ride the waves of your hormones.
This will be perfect to help you:
- honour the different phases of your cycle
- understand why you may feel more energised at times, and more inwards during other times
- understand the beauty of our in-built feedback system we have
- understand in a way that is NOT taught through a science lesson!

MONDAY’s never felt so good! 🤩
Look at this lady! Even her smile- big, bright and wide- it invites you in. 😍😍
Chantelle from is joining all teen girls today for a beautiful introduction into Yoga Sound Meditation at 11-12pm.
This meditation process is the easiest way to meditate and very effective!
Chantelle has been teaching classes for 10 years in a range of different settings like school, universities, youth centers, workplaces, festivals, yoga studios and at special events she runs over Brisbane.
She loves sharing these tools with people in the hope that they too can experience an increasing sense of peace, happiness, purpose and awareness that she has experienced in her life as a result of her own practice.
This 1 hour workshops will teach you 3 ways you can practice this style of meditation using the breath, with musical instruments and your voice and on meditation beads.
Chantelle will bring her cool Indian instruments- called the harmonium- to show you all and share a video tutorial of how to make your own meditation beads at home.
Plus time for any questions and a few personal shares from Chantelle about her journey.
No prior experience needed, videos on and off, whatever you feel comfortable with.

Gurl do we have a treat for you today!!
is bringing her incredible gifts to share with you, speaking all about intuition and bringing you a sound meditation- all accessed in our online platform.
Denice is an incredible sound artist, light-language channel and energy worker.
She will be sharing some of her tools she uses through her unique meditation experience, before then inviting you to lay back, to tune in and delight in a soundscape experience.
As she intuitive plays an array of musical instruments- including medicine drum, American Indian style flute and Light Language channeled singing, while blessing you with her harmonizing sounds of song, you will be bathed in healing energy.

“If you can dream it, you can do it!”
Yesterday we created a vision that makes us want to jump out of bed in the mornings! 😁
We daydreamed about all the incredible things we want to do this year. We imagined it all happening for us (dreams did include roller coaster rides. 🎢 Haha).
From our dreams we then created a masterpiece of a Vision Board to save to our desktops as a reminder of where we want our energy to go. 💗
And now we sit back and watch the magic happens! 🪄
We are the creators of our own destiny.
Thank you so much to these gorgeous girls for join us and for sharing their vision boards and their big bright smiles with us.

AND WE’RE OFF 💥🧘‍♀️💃
Today we kicked off our very first class here at Connection High and it was a huge success!
We had a few teen girls tune in and flow with , sharing a few wiggles and giggles on the way.
It was SO lovely to see your smiling faces on the other side of the screen.
Tomorrow morning we share a Meditation practice, but don’t worry, Yoga will be back on Wednesday again.
We’re thrilled this delay back to school allows us the time to introduce you to a whole bunch of wellness practices that you can turn to through your year ahead, when school does go back.
