What We’re Looking For
Experience and/or qualifications in disability
New to the sector? That’s okay—if you bring the right attitude, we’ll walk with you
Current Yellow Card, Blue Card, CPR/First Aid certification
A driver’s licence
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, especially in challenging situations
A positive attitude and genuine love for working with people
A flexible, person-centred mindset it's not about you
