COVID-19 UPDATE!
A message from The St Paul's Terrace Physio team,
As we’re sure you are aware, there is a growing concern around the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and we want to take this opportunity to let you know the steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of everyone who comes through the doors at St Paul's Terrace Physiotherapy.
We are regularly reviewing the Department of Health Website as well as implementing the recommendations made by the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
We want to assure you that we’re working hard to keep you safe at St Paul's Terrace Physiotherapy and ask that you help us with some of the following:
• We have increased the frequency of cleaning as well as using stronger cleaning products.
• We are committed to hand hygiene between each client and you will find hand sanitiser dispensers throughout the practice which we encourage you to use.
• For those of you who join one of our Glad or Group Physiotherapy classes, you may prefer to bring your own towel – to use as a head support or barrier to sweat on the equipment.
• Help to stop the spread - if you have travelled overseas in the last 2 weeks, please stay home, and visit us after the two weeks have passed. Please be aware which countries are most at risk when travelling.
• You can minimise your risk by washing your hands often, not touching your face unnecessarily, coughing and sneezing into your elbow.
• Don’t panic, be cautious, and keep on looking after your body!
Helping to stop the spread of germs is something that we can all do. Watch this video for practical tips. Find out more information at https://www.health.gov...
