Today’s keynote helped us reflect on how we define success – and how to reclaim joy in our pharmacy careers. Nicky ran through practical strategies for prioritising our energy according to how it benefits our goals. This morning at we welcomed the Hon Chris Minns MP, Premier of NSW.

The Premier announced that NSW universities will deliver full scope pharmacist training by 2026 — an exciting step forward for pharmacists ready to expand their skills and better serve their communities.

"We can't ration health care," the Premier said. "If the status quo is irrational or inefficient, then we need to change the status quo."
