Last nights Full Moon Walk was lovely - humid but lovely to enjoy the forest at night with a group of happy and chatty walkers.

Thank you to everyone who came along and to those who intended to but the universe intervened - there will be a next time. Not as many cane toads to avoid this time due to the dryer weather!

Both abundance and lack exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities. It is always our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend...when we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance that's present——love, health, family, friends, work, the joys of nature and personal pursuits that bring us pleasure——the wasteland of illusion falls away and we experience Heaven on earth.

There is so much on offer these days—an abundance of information, practices, things to do on our to-do lists, places to go, friends to meet, food to eat, books to read… the list goes on. I’m sure you could add many more of your own.

And just as Sarah suggests above, we get to choose.
We have free will—to choose what, how, when, where, and with whom we engage.

When we truly realise this, we begin to recognise just how much freedom we actually have to live as we choose to live.

A small change for me this year

This year, I’m choosing to reduce my class offerings in order to create more spaciousness in my life—for art, nature, travel, family, friendship, and exploration. Something is calling me to free up my time a little more, and so here it is… a simplified schedule:

Mondays | 6–7pm
Chair Movement & Meditation

Thursdays | 9–10.30am
Movement & Stillness

This is an 8-week block, beginning Monday 2/2/26.
Zoom options will continue to be available.

We were filming yesterday - Day 31 of 30! (Yeah we did 🤣👯‍♀️🤓) and so many things happened all at once. It was only later when I was editing that I saw it all. A cough , a lizard🦎 a butterfly 🦋 and a falling leaf 🍁. I nearly cut it all out but then I saw the life that was right here in these images. This is real life, practicing with what is. 🙏🏼
