Confession time 😅 I am not the girl who says no to birthday cake, I’m not tracking every bite, and I’m definitely not skipping girls night because it doesn’t fit my macros.
I’m “healthy-ish.”
Which, to me, means I prioritise protein, lift weights, protect my gut, support my hormones, and also order the pasta sometimes and laugh about it.
Honestly though, if your version of healthy feels restrictive, stressful, or joy-stealing, it’s not sustainable.
The magic is in the 80/20, the strength without obsession, the discipline without punishment, the flat tummy without the food guilt.
That’s the sweet spot I teach, and it’s the way I live.💪
