We’re bringing it home in 2025 🏆

Well, we did it team and we couldn’t be more proud of you all.

It’s been three enjoyable, challenging, and defining years for Heart-led Support as we continue to empower men on the NDIS to live extraordinary lives.

To all the men and women who have helped make this dream a reality, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

And it doesn’t stop here. Heart-led will continue to be the household name for high-quality, high-impact services for men who are in need of another brother.

✨ Another fantastic day spent with Kerri-Anne Dooley, diving deeper into the work we’re doing at Heart-led Support and how we can partner with local government to create better outcomes for men across Australia.

It’s always powerful to sit down with leaders in our community who genuinely care about change. Together, we can build stronger systems of support, more opportunities, and more connection for the men who need it most. 💪❤️

We’re excited about the journey ahead and the impact we can create when community and government come together for a shared purpose.

Supporting people with high behaviours of concern takes more than compassion, it takes skill, strategy, and presence.

At Heart-led Support, we don’t just talk about safety and quality, we train for it. That’s why we deliver in-house Crisis Prevention Training to every member of our team working in this space.

✅ Trauma-informed responses
✅ Building confidence under pressure
✅ Protecting participants, staff, and the community

Because when challenges arise, our responsibility is to show up calm, grounded, and heart-led.

From Care Expo to BBQs in New Farm park, nature walks with our four-legged mates, hitting strikes at the bowling alley, exploring waterfalls, or just enjoying a laugh on a sunny street, these moments remind us of why we do what we do.

Every smile, every step forward, every shared experience is part of something bigger. We are leading purpose, community, and a brotherhood where men feel empowered and supported.

This is the heart of what we stand for. 💙

R U OK? Day is coming to an end…. But is never an end to asking such a powerful question.

Such an incredible reminder… but let’s be honest: it’s more than just asking a question.

It’s about:
• Creating space for real conversations, not surface-level check-ins.
• Listening deeply, without needing to “fix” or “solve.”
• Showing up consistently, not just once a year, but every day.
• Building trust so that when someone is struggling, they know they’re not alone.

Too many men, women, and young people suffer in silence because they don’t feel safe to share. Asking “Are you okay?” is the doorway, but the real work is in holding that space, staying present, and reminding people that connection and support are always available.

At Heart-led Support, we believe this is the foundation of leadership and community. Integrity, compassion, and genuine care can literally save lives.

So today and every day let’s not just ask the question. Let’s be the answer through our actions, presence, and care.
