Beyond the burnout.

A huge thank you to the team at for having me as part of their co-working day!

It’s a real pleasure to not only serve the NDIS community powerfully through Heart-led Support but to extend my holistic support services across the entire sector.

I had the honour of guiding their incredible team of support coordinators and recovery coaches through my Burnout, Breathwork & Purpose Workshop.

This was an opportunity for Kylie Walker’s team to reconnect with their , build awareness around what burnout really is, learn how to regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect to their deeper .

These workshops continue to highlight the urgent need for more of this work in the ever-evolving landscape.

Thank you again for the warm welcome and engagement.

Once trust is lost, leadership just becomes noise.

It doesn’t matter how inspiring your words are, how big your vision is, or how confident you appear if your team no longer trusts you, your leadership loses its power.

Trust is the foundation everything else stands on. Without it, communication is empty, direction is questioned, and loyalty fades.

Leaders aren’t just followed because of title or authority; they’re followed because of integrity, consistency, and alignment commited action.

Protect trust
Earn it daily
Because when trust goes, leadership becomes nothing more than noise in the background.
