CLIENT RESULTS!👏

So much to say about this superstar mumma! 4 months working together and the transformation I can't even put into words. Both mentally and physically sammy has LEVELED UP 💯

Sammy came to me with the goal of losing body fat after feeling like she was forever going in circles with her weight post having her 2nd bub. During our time working together its safe to say she has definitely lost body fat but has also achieved so much more! 💖

I feel so honoured to have been a part of this journey, and seeing Sammy transform into a confident, healthy happy queen! Has filled my heart so much 🙂 This is exactly why I do what I do!

This journey still had its fair share of ups and downs and challenges because this is life after all, however together we worked our way through each one. We created a realistic plan that fitted in with her current lifestyle, and made changes along the way as needed when certain life things arised and in return achieved some amazing results! A huge credit to Sammy for communicating, asking questions and trusting the process.

Through the 4 months, Sammy went on 2 interstate holidays, had final uni exams & assessments, and juggled being a full time mumma of 2 kids under 5.

I promise with the right support and a realistic achievable plan in place, alongside effort and consistency nothing is impossible regardless of how crazy and busy life can get & feel.

Choc Oreo Overnight Weet-bix

Choccy for breakfast yesss, please!😍

Ingredients
Base
2 x Weet-bix (crushed)
10g Nestle bakes choice cocoa powder
Sprinkle of sweetener
(crush weet-bix and mix together with cocoa powder and some sweeteners and add some boiling water then press down to make a base)

Middle layer
200g Vanilla yopro yoghurt
25g of Cookies and cream protein powder (I used Muscle Nation protein custard powder) but normal powder powder works too!
Mix together and layer on top of base, refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight

Top - Add when ready to eat
Snack-size mini Oreo packet (i only used half a packet and saved the other half for the next day) But you can definitely use the full packet if you want.

This was honestly soo good!!!!

Also a super easy meal prep breakie idea that packs over 40g of protein and is legit delicious!
