Sitting up to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week was taking a serious toll on his body.
Lack of movement led to weak glutes, tight hip flexors and external rotatorsโฆ and as a result, severe low back pain. Yesterday, he couldnโt even walk.
Today he came in for treatment and we worked on:
โ๏ธ Muscle manipulation
โ๏ธ Soft tissue release
โ๏ธ Trigger point therapy in specific muscles
After two sessions, the result was incredible โ he walked out pain-free and ready to start his corrective exercises ๐
We also taught him specific stretches to maintain his progress at home. He left feeling so much betterโฆ and most importantly, happy with the results ๐
Remember: your body is designed to move. If you sit for long hours, you need to balance it out.
