🌙 Hello beautiful souls… it’s been a while ✨

If you’ve been wondering why this space has been so quiet, the truth is the last couple of years have been a time of deep growth, healing, recalibrating, and gently finding my feet again. Sometimes the most important work happens behind the scenes 🌱

During this time, I also welcomed my fourth child, who will be turning three this year 🧸🤍 while also having to say goodbye to my Grandfather at the end of last year.

So it’s been a season of learning how to balance a full, busy mum life with the dream of building a heart-centred business in a world that moves very fast. Anyone walking the path of motherhood and entrepreneurship knows… it’s a sacred juggling act ✨

I’m really happy to share that 2026 is about laying new foundations for Celestial Essence and slowly bringing this vision back to life, with more clarity, strength, and intention than ever before.

Over the coming months I’ll be returning to creating many of my original offerings, including:

At its heart, this business will always be rooted in sound healing, holistic support, and soul-aligned self care 🌙
In time I’ll also be offering sound healing sessions and holistic counselling alongside the dread work.

A little life update too… I’ve relocated from the Gold Coast to Brisbane’s northern suburbs, though I’ll absolutely still travel for Gold Coast markets and events. And yes… markets are very much on the vision board again ✨🛍

I’d love to ask for your patience and positive vibes as I rebuild and grow 🌿
My intention is to create something that is truly beneficial, nurturing, and aligned, and to do it properly, not rushed, not forced, but built with care, integrity, and heart 🤍

The Spiritual Laws below is something that I finally truly understand… it’s taken years for me to accept that people come into - and exit - your life for a reason. That no one in your life is a mistake even if you have a negative experience. That it doesn’t matter how much you think going down a different road would have changed your outcome - it wouldn’t have. You would have still ended up with the same result… It’s important to know that when something is over, it’s better to just accept it and take away the lesson or experience…

I’ve learned, finally… That everything really does happen for a reason 🪶

There are four Native American Indian Spirituality Laws that say nothing happens by coincidence in life. When you do understand this, you can confidently look at what's happening around you, to be thankful for what was there and happy for what's going to happen.

THE 1st LAW SAYS:
‘The person you meet is the right one’

That is, no one comes into our lives by accident. All the people around us who interact with us, stand for something, either to educate us or to help us in our situation.

THE 2nd LAW SAYS:
‘What happens is the only thing that can happen’

Nothing but absolutely nothing of what happens to us could have been different. Not even the most insignificant detail. There just isn't, ‘If I had done it differently, it would have been different’. No, what happens is the only thing that can happen and needs to happen, so we can learn our lessons to get ahead. Everything - yes - every situation that happens to us in life is absolutely perfect, even when our spirit resists our ego and doesn't want to accept it.

THE 3rd LAW SAYS:
‘Every moment when something starts is the right time’

Everything starts at the right time, no sooner, no later. When we are ready for something new in our life, it's already there to begin with.

THE 4th LAW SAYS:
‘What's over is over’

It's that simple. When something ends in our life, it serves our development. That's why it's better to let go and move forward, bestowed on the experiences that have now been gained.

Making a batch of my new roll-on oil. When applied to your skin the fat cells draw it up and it then stimulates the body to increase progesterone production. 🌱

If you have high estrogen, it will bring it down. If you have low estrogen, it will increase it. If you have high testosterone it will bring it down and if you have low testosterone it will increase it….

High estrogen levels may cause weight gain (can be a reason you can’t lose weight), low mood, and severe premenstrual syndrome. Low estrogen can lead to menstrual irregularities in females and a low s*x drive, reduced bone density as well as hot flushes, irregular periods and insomnia.

If your testosterone levels are low, you may notice changes in your s*x drive, erections, mood, sleep, energy levels and muscle strength. High testosterone levels can cause mood changes, including increased irritability or aggression. Changes in s*xual function and libido may occur.

Just because something is “deemed” safe to use by a government body - doesn’t mean it is. It just means that the low dose that’s used, won’t cause an issue instantly, but over time with prolonged use of course it will create illness and disease…

Have you ever actually researched ingredients for the things we use at home like washing powder, dishwashing soap or dishwasher pods… It’s a chemical sh*tstorm!

Below I’ve listed the ingredients in a popular dishwasher tablets…

I won’t name the brand - but it’s a popular brand sold in Coles/Woolies and any supermarket..

❗️23 Ingredients ❗️

BAKING SODA - no side effects
SODIUM CIRATE - nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain…
SODIUM PRE-CARBONATE - (bleaching agent) - irritation to the skin, eyes, respiratory tract.
SODIUM POLYCARBOXYLATE - (used as builders in detergent) - lung irritation
C10-16 ALCOHOL ETHOXYLATE PROPOXYLATE - (surfactant that enhances the cleaning performance) - skin/respiratory irritation
POLYACRYLIC ACID SODIUM BISULFITE TERMINATED - (antiscalant) low future exposure can cause itching and a skin rash. exposure may cause bronchitis to develop with coughing, phlegm, and/or shortness of breath as well as genetic changes
TEAD - (bleaching activator) “TAED is of minimal toxicity” according to google..
POLYVINYL ALCOHOL - (used to encapsulate detergent pods) eye irritation
TETRASPODIUM ETIDRONATE - (prevent soaps from becoming mouldy) eczema, eye irritation
ETHYLENE/PROPYLENE OXIDE COPOLYMER - (used as intermediates for various synthetic products) respiratory irritation and lung injury, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, shortness of breath, and cyanosis.
PROTEASE ENZYME - (used for stain removal) nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, rash, cough, fatigue, kidney stones.
BENZOTRIAZOLE- (used as a corrosion inhibitor and for silver protection in dishwashing detergents) brain tumors, suggesting a possible carcinogenic effect - when tested on mice and rats
AMALASE ENZYME - (used to break down starch stains) upset stomach, nausea etc
POLYDIMETHYLSILOXANE - (used to prevent predisposition of soil) cancer, organ failure
MANGANESE CATALYST - (sped up the decomposition of sodium perborate and sodium percarbonate which act as bleaches in the washing process) trembling, stiffness, slow motor movement and potentially severe depression, anxiety and hostility.
MODIFIED ANTHRAQUINONE DYE - (making whites appear whiter) irritation to skin and eyes
POLYMERIC RED COLORANT - skin issues, hyperactivity..
SODIUM SULFATE - (enables the adjustment of theconcentration of the active matter in the detergent, as required) fainting, sneezing
MAGNESIUM SULFATE - (leads to a gentle effect on the fibers and a non-polluting effect on waste water)
TALC - (Talc is a cost-effective filler in soaps and detergents to provide creamier lather, improve foaming, and impart a soft and silky skin feel) coughing, chest pain, drowsiness.

I never use a dishwasher myself - but I know a lot of people who do! So many easy ways to make your own stuff at home, like safe dishwasher pods!

Today, I made a laundry power with literally 6 ingredients:

💧Washing Soda $2.50
💧Borax $4.10
💧Epsom Salt $1.00
💧Bicarbonate Soda $3.00
💧Castile Soap $4.37
💧Essential Oils 40 drops

Which won’t mess with our hormone system from being absorbed into our skin… I know exactly what’s in it!

Researchers have found that detergents can disrupt endocrine function and interfere with hormone balance. Many chemicals in common household cleaning products act as xenoestrogens, or synthetic estrogens, which increase the amount of estrogen-like activity in the human body… What happens when we have too much estrogen in the body???
