Let me summarize that:

🏠As it is-can borrow enough to buy another IP worth $450k. Cannot borrow to buy a PPOR

🏡If I sold my IP-can borrow $750k for an IP. Can only borrow $450k for a PPOR…which is the exact same amount I could’ve borrowed 3 years ago… 🫠
