Ankle strapping is not just for when something is already sore.
For athletes in cutting, landing, and contact sports, preventative ankle strapping can be a useful short term support option to help reduce excessive inversion stress and improve confidence when returning to high load training or competition.
It is not a replacement for strength, balance, or control work. Think of it more as a temporary layer of protection while we build capacity in the calf, peroneals, and foot intrinsic system underneath.
