💭 Queensland Mental Health Week
reminder: your brain needs a bit of training too.
We talk a lot about building strong bodies, but strong minds matter just as much.
Whether that’s taking a walk, training with your mates, switching off your phone for a bit, or just talking things out when life’s a bit much.
You don’t have to have it all together, all the time. No one does (even the ones who look like they do).
So this week, check in. With yourself, your teammates, your mates, whoever. Sometimes the best “mental health plan” is just showing up and being real.
