From garden to table — even the smallest harvest makes dinner special!

Straight from the garden to the plate.

Today’s harvest – not a big one, but enough to put together a good dinner. Spinach, beans, peas, kale, parsley, mint… and those cherry tomatoes that are almost too pretty to eat.

Life gets busy, and it’s not always easy to grow your own food. But even small steps count - like keeping a little pot of parsley by the window.

Parsley is more than just a garnish - it’s packed with goodness:
• Full of antioxidants to support long-term health
• Helps with digestion
• Rich in vitamins C, K and iron

It doesn’t need to be perfect or plentiful. Even a handful from the garden brings a little joy, colour and freshness to the day - and makes dinner feel that bit more special.

The first school term is behind us, and now it’s time to breathe, rest… and maybe reflect a little.

As the Easter Holidays begin, it’s a perfect moment to ask:

How is math feeling in your home right now?

We offer 1:1 math tutoring sessions designed especially with homeschooling families in mind. We use the Waldorf approach and inspired by Jamie York’s thoughtful, soulful way of teaching math- bringing clarity, confidence, and even joy to a subject that often causes stress.

We focus on understanding, not just answers.

We use creative thinking, rhythm, and story to make math come alive.

And most importantly, we work in a calm, supportive space where every student can grow at their own pace.

Whether it’s catching up or moving ahead, now is a good time to give your child a boost towards the rest of the semester.
