FITNESS BOXING - 6 AM ENERGY START

Wake up. Punch stress out. Start your day strong.

Fitness Boxing is back, now at 6 AM for people who want to feel powerful, focused, and energised before the day takes over.
This is not about being a boxer. It is about moving your body, laughing, sweating, and leaving with a clear head and a great mood.

From garden to table — even the smallest harvest makes dinner special!

Straight from the garden to the plate.

Today’s harvest – not a big one, but enough to put together a good dinner. Spinach, beans, peas, kale, parsley, mint… and those cherry tomatoes that are almost too pretty to eat.

Life gets busy, and it’s not always easy to grow your own food. But even small steps count - like keeping a little pot of parsley by the window.

Parsley is more than just a garnish - it’s packed with goodness:
• Full of antioxidants to support long-term health
• Helps with digestion
• Rich in vitamins C, K and iron

It doesn’t need to be perfect or plentiful. Even a handful from the garden brings a little joy, colour and freshness to the day - and makes dinner feel that bit more special.
