We’re big believers in the benefits of whole food plant-based cooking at Sapid Health. We’re not trying to preach vegan-ism, we’re not trying to convert you. We just follow the research, and the research says that wholefood plant-based meals are an ideal way to reset your body, normalise hormonal patterns, turn off inflammatory cascades, and help to clear out toxins.
