Telehealth sessions offer a flexible, confidential way to connect with one of our psychologists - from the comfort of your home or wherever feels most accessible to you. You’ll receive the same thoughtful, evidence‑based care as in‑person sessions, just delivered in a way that can better fit your life.

For many people, telehealth makes it easier to begin therapy, maintain consistency, or access support during busy or unpredictable seasons.

Sessions are secure, simple to access, and available Australia‑wide. Medicare and private health rebates may apply.

If telehealth feels like the right fit for you at the moment, we currently have appointments available.

A pause between where you’ve been and where you’re going.

✨ Help us welcome Napoleon, our new Provisional Psychologist!

Napoleon works with adults and adolescents (16+), offering a warm, collaborative, and non‑judgmental approach to therapy. He focuses on helping clients understand their experiences, reshape unhelpful patterns, and move toward what matters most.

His approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with additional support from ACT and Solution‑Focused Therapy, allowing him to tailor sessions to each individual’s goals and values.

Napoleon has particular interests in ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, and the emotional impact of chronic illness — supporting clients to build practical strategies for everyday challenges.
