ILO is a flexible NDIS living option that allows participants to choose where they live, who they live with, and the type of support they receive.

This can include:
👉 Support to explore and design a living arrangement that suits the participant
👉Flexible support, either shared or one-on-one
👉 Ongoing coordination and monitoring of supports

This support is good for:
Participants with lower to moderate support needs who want a more personalised and informal living setup.

It is important to know which housing support works best to utilise your NDIS funding effectively.

WE ARE HIRING: Disability Support Workers

URGENTLY Need:
Male SW (for Yarrabilba)
Female SW (for Nirimba)

Are you compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting people with disabilities?
ACSS is looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

👉About the Role
Location: Brisbane (surrounding areas)
Hours: Morning, afternoon, evening & sleepover shifts
Days: Monday to Sunday
Employment Type: Casual

You will support NDIS participants with personal care, daily living tasks, community access, meal prep, transport, documentation, and goal-based support in line with their NDIS plans.

👉Requirements
Experience in disability support (preferred)
Current First Aid & CPR
Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication, reliability, compassion, adaptability
Ability to work independently and within a team
