✨ Why are so many clients asking about the Vagus Nerve Reset?

Recently I’ve been receiving more and more questions about this treatment at Massage At Sanctuary.

The vagus nerve is closely connected to the body’s ability to shift from “fight or flight” into “rest and restore.” When the nervous system is supported to slow down, the whole body often
