Join me @ Breathe by for a deeply restorative practice designed to guide your body and mind into a state of profound rest and inner clarity.
We’ll begin with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called "yogic sleep." This practice invites you to lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and move through a journey of breath awareness, body scanning, and visualisation—allowing the nervous system to soften and settle into deep parasympathetic rest.
Afterwards, you’ll be gently guided back into wakefulness and be prompted to reflect and journal. Writing helps bridge the subconscious and conscious mind, integrating your experience with awareness and intention.
This is a beautiful opportunity to restore, reflect, and realign.
