I’ve always used crystals in my reiki treatments (& as gifts for people who I think need certain crystals at certain times). Recently I attended a crystal healing workshop to progress my knowledge from intuitive to formalised learnings.

The benefit for you guys is that I can now confidently offer crystal and reiki healings.

Tonight’s group distance reiki felt nice and peaceful. We cleared away any pent up blockages and invited reiki energy (love) to flow through all the chakras. A few things to note:
- the third eye chakra felt blocked as though someone has been ignoring their intuition
- throat chakra also a bit tight for those who haven’t been speaking up
- everything else felt pretty good but a clearing and reset was done for each anyway, with the session concluding after providing grounding energy to each participant.

Thank you for participating & I hope your energy feels lighter moving forward.

For those who haven’t received reiki before just know sometimes the energy grumbles a lil after a session with maybe a slight upset tummy. Drink some water & relax.

Hello all, thank you for receiving reiki energy with a focus on love tonight. Below is the feedback I received while doing the session (this may or may not apply to each participant so only take what resonates & let go of what doesn’t)

- the third eye seemed quite heavy & blocked. It is as though one or more of you receives messages from the universe but isn’t/aren’t currently accepting them. It felt a bit as though intuitive feelings are potentially being ignored.
- This was in stark contrast to the crown chakra which felt open and flowing. This is the point where guidance drops in from the universe- higher power.
- The throat chakra felt painful like a sore throat. I’ve found sometimes it can indicate an illness, but sometimes it is because you are keeping your thoughts inside instead of speaking them to people they concern.
- The rest of the body cleared easily & energy appeared to flow well.
- The focus point was love so reiki energy was sent to the heart chakra to radiate out through your body like a warm hug towards the end of the session

I’m going to start tonight’s reiki at 8pm tonight. Once you have registered and made payment of $10 all you have to do is set the intention to receive the reiki energy. Some people like to rest or do gentle movement, lay down, watch tv or take a bath. It doesn’t really matter.

The crystals I will be using with the focus around love are:
- dioptase (heart talisman that soothingly resets emotional body)
- sunstone (covers you in rays of joy)

If you want to have a crystal nearby or in your receiving hand (non-dominant hand) while the reiki session is happening choose one intuitively. Pink & Green crystals generally align with the heart chakra, however, there is no wrong crystal. If you are drawn to have a particular crystal with you for tonight’s session please feel free to comment below which crystal it is & I can tell you how I think it aligns with the focus.
